Online return - Easy return of goods
You can return the items you have bought from us within 100 days. Please note that the purchase price will only be refunded within the first 14 days. You will then receive a voucher for your next order.
The timely dispatch of the parcel is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Please note that the refund / credit process can take up to 14 days depending on the payment method.
Item exchange:
In an exchange, you will automatically receive the new item within 6-9 working days of receipt of your return. Please note that #SALE items cannot be exchanged for another size, as these are reduced individual items.
If you have paid in advance or by bank transfer, please enter your bank details in the comment field on the next page.
DHL Return Label:
You will receive the DHL return label after you have created the return online.
